Nothing wrong with the carpet itself, the fitting was done unprofessionally. They did not tidy up after themselves and edges were not secured properly so when we came to hoover the carpet always lifts. It was also cut slightly oversized so it bumps at the edges. I was reassured by the staff there would be no issues with fitting because the best fitter would be sent.

Amazing customer service from Hassan today! Absolutely brilliant at helping my mum and I for finding such a lovely carpet at the perfect price! Definitely recommend! Lovely workers!

Gary has a great range of flooring from laminate to wood... Really good selection! Great prices!!! He is very helpful at finding you what you need, how much to buy and making useful suggestions on how to lay the floor eg direction, trims need etc.I would recommend, if you're buying wood looking at the actually flooring within the box, as mine was a different color when it arrived. Luckily I liked it still, but the shop samples can wear in colour and finish over time so well worth opening one full box to check as wood grain and colour is what you want.The downful to my new floor experience with Floors 4 less, was the installation, using Gary's recommended guy. (I'm not using names as I'm not hear to put anyone out of business, just to share my experience and perhaps some tips to make your experience better).They laid my floor using lots of the small off cuts right in the middle of the room, including some with a really dark wood grain, completely ruining the flow of floor. They also did not consider where the plank joins went, so now I have clusters of areas with too many plank joints on top of each other. I over bought on box's as recommended so that I would have plenty of full planks which I now have a full box left over.I have tryed to reach up to the installer several times, via calls and text with photos and videos of the areas of concern for over 3 weeks now to speak with them regarding if there is anything we can do to some of the areas that are particularly offensive, and iv had no response, which makes me feel very let down by this experience and service.If you are using them too, perhaps be spacific about what you do or don't want if you have real wood which will likely have varying grains and colour. Or if you are having laminate then perhaps mention not to use the off cuts in the middle of the room. In all other way they were great, polite, helpful, tidy, efficient.New floors are an expensive home improvement over all and require a lot of effort if you are already moved in so, so it's a shame to not be completely happy at the end.

Fantastic staff, really helped us pick a nice carpet and helped work out a good price. If you need carpets - I would definitely come and check this place out!

Gary at Flooring 4 Less, couldn't be more helpful. We bought engineered wood to redo the floor in the downstairs of our house in 2016, great quality, at a good price and it wears really well.Then we decided to redo the top floor of our house and ordered the wood in January 2020. We're weren't quite ready to go ahead with the work, so they stored the wood for us. Then lockdown happened!The wood went down last week, freshly oiled and polished. Looks great.

I do not recommend this place. I had fitters done my carpet which was not done properly but after chasing Mark to correct this issue he made multiple excuses. Over a year has elapsed he promised he will get back to me and sort this out but to no avail. He also supplied fitters that were not his own staff. Avoid.

Very happy with the service provided at Carpets4less! Mark was brilliant in store and helped us choose a suitable carpet. Very happy with the price and the fitting. Will be back for future carpeting needs!

Very bad experience. Had laminate flooring fitted.Told me doors had to be sawn to make shorter. 6 doors at £25 each. Took £20 off. I couldn't refuse as flooring virtually laid! Broke an ornament which I discovered after they left, which of course I can't prove! Beading restricts 2 doors from closing properly. Flooring scratched, which when I was ordering, salesman assured me doesn't happen! In spite of giving 2 1/2 months notice, I received a call day before fitting date trying to put fitting off. After complaining vehemently, they came on stated date. Will never use this company again. Disgraceful.

Absolutely stunning advice from Gary who guided us to creating our dream floors. Now we want to put it everywhere in the house
