Lee House

Lee House is a warm and welcoming care home at the end of a residential road in Wimbledon Village. The staff are kind and helpful and they try their best to keep the residents entertained where possible. My mother has been in there for four years since breaking her hip and wrist and has been looked after well during that time. She would like a little more variety of food as there can be quite a bit of repetition. However, during the pandemic Theresa and her team have been outstanding in keeping all the residents safe during what has been a most taxing time for everybody.

My dear friend Y moved to Lee House 6 months ago with her husband who sadly.died a few weeks later. Y has been so sympathetically cared for through her grieving, and through these long months when family visits have not been possible. Given the circumstances Y could not have been in a better place. Before lockdown we took her to visit her old home and the Manager also took Y home to check on her house. A kindness that was spontaneous and so very thoughtful. I would recommend Lee House to anyone seeking a small, intimate and caring .home. The house warm and welcoming, the staff understanding and compassionate. And most important, they have time to attend to their residents needs.
