Extremely helpful on the ‘prescription’ counter

Very pleasant helpful pharmacist who provided a great service with a smile and and chat,helped me sort a problem I had with a prescription. Thank you.

Did not stock items I was looking for and alternative was very expensive. Difficult site to navigate.

Pharmacist chain. Okay for over the counter medicine. However I have experienced difficulty in getting my prescriptions there as quite often not in stock meaning a wait of an extra 2 days which is not satisfactory.

Pharmacy is great! A pretty good store in broughty ferry, especially the man who works there he always goes above and beyond!

Friendly staff . Plenty of choices. Lots of special offers to choose from very good visit all round will shop there again

I have just had the misfortune of visiting your store today.I was spoken to by a lady called Diana who quite clearly needs lessons in customer service.Her attitude and rudeness were nothing short of appalling.I then went into Superdrug and they couldn't have been more helpful.I am not surprised Boots are closing stores if this is the way their staff conduct themselves.I will not be back.

I have given 5 stars because within reason the staff have done everything right, they can be spoken too and they will sympathise and ask you how you are when you go back or how you got on with whatever problem you have and they will give you advise. I see them daily so maybe its easier for them to remember me. They are a nice bunch and want the best for you if you treat them with respect. They have reminded me about appointments and passed on messages from my support in the NHS. I also find they are good at light hearted fun and can have a giggle with you. The girls are lovely there are 3 main ones, and the responsible pharmacists is good, professional and helpful and even the pharmacists that cover often, like Shak are great, I was telling them how much trouble I was having sleeping and one day I fell asleep missing my second day but got down there half an hour late for my deadline and they were sympathetic because they know I am doing really well and not taking the mickey with lies, so the pharmacist let me take my tablets saving me a night of felling lower than a snakes belly and a horrible journey in again for the next day. I often find Boots staff really decent people.
