Shocking really badly run companyOrdered flowers with a set delivery date which the website and receipt confirmed delivery date. Then got an email on the date saying they would be delivered the day after ruining the anniversary surprise. No info before this states the flowers would be delivered late Company really slow at dealing with issue and said dates not guaranteed. If the website let's you book specific dates that are not necessarily the date you'll get the flowers this should be clearly stated instead of promising dates for delivery on their main page Had to get the transaction reversed by credit card company. They offered a refund if they collected the flowers but then refused to because the box they were sent in and fallen apart in the post!!! Stay away. Use interflora, same price and flowers are at least fresh sent to the house by a local florist instead of in the post

Ordered birthday/thinking of you flowers online early in morning for same day delivery, received confirmation email with all of correct details but yet flowers never arrived. No one to take call on Saturday so had to email my complaint/query to which I was told it would be looked into I then received 2nd email apologising for any distress caused and flowers would be delivered asap . No explanation as to why they weren't delivered on right day . Not happy with service I requested refund and not for delivery as it would have looked like afterthought on my part still waiting on a reply 4 hours later and still no delivery made. A less than satisfactory experience safe to say I WOULD NOT recommend this business

I would give these people zero stars if it were possible. Ordered a Christmas basket for my dear cousin as I was unable to visit her before Christmas. They were ordered on 18thDecember for delivery on the 23rd. They were not delivered and now can’t reach anyone to complain. Honestly PLease DON’T USE THIS COMPANY . I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them . I feel cheated as the flowers weren’t cheap.

As per the other reviews, clicked on delivery date for the next day,got the email confirmation saying it would happen,then got a second email on the day they should have been delivered saying they were only being dispatched.I contacted the seller,who was more than snooty and made excuses saying I had ordered way beyond 4pm,and something about an apparent 'timer' that was up on my screen showing that I was way beyond my ordering for next day delivery time, therefore what did I expect.There was no timer on my screen,ever.She offered no word of apology and pretty much blamed it on me for the flowers not being delivered on the day they were intended for.Worst company ever-do NOT order with them.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, I'm yet another person to have their flowers not delivered on the right delivery day and really disappointing the person receiving them.The delivery date stated on your receipt, email confirmation AND on the website is apparently 'not a guaranteed date', even though it is very clearly stated that it is the date they will supposedly arrive.When they did arrive, the box was upside down with the flowers being squashed, they weren't fresh, damaged and dull.No compensation or interest from the seller, just excuses and blaming the buyer.Do not use this company.
