Went this morning and there was a lovely lady called Tina who was so very helpful making sure all our rubbish went into the right skips. She was so pleasant and helpful she made a massivedifference

Some of the staff are beyond rude, one or two there like a power trip. Whilst some staff work there’s others that do buggar all and stand there, while they getting paid a wage!

Thursday morning and Closed again, car full of cardboard and wood. It’s closed more than it is open. Still says it’s open on their website. Absolute rubbish not keeping the public informed. The man on the gate is not helpful at all.

Absolute shambles there today. The skips are overflowing so there's nowhere for the rubbish to go. Surely just close the tip until things are sorted rather than letting people come in and the being rude to people. One guy in particular who is always rude and obnoxious was awful today. The place needs some proper management.

Too many regulations set by council officials with no common sense. Had a trailer with garden waste. Was refused. Ended up going to new hall tip with no trouble. No wonder people fly tip. They’re supposed to take rubbish. Not refuse it

Best place to skip unwanted household things.well organised place.you can skip from large household item to small things.They also got disable parking area.The staff they got is very helpful.All in all I would give this place 5 stars.well recommended....

We had to drop off tree debris after our neighbour had his trees lopped. I wasn't very happy when parts of the tree, including the trunks, were left in our garden. The staff at the tip were very good in explaining things to us. As our son has a pickup, we had to have an e-permit. Thank god it was free as he isn't trade. You're only allowed 12 trips per permit. If you're trade, the permit will cost you £150. The staff on site were brilliant, so a big huge thank you to them.

Tried to dump a couple of broken hoovers, an old computer and a printer but was told it was trade waste and I had to pay them in cash. Smells off, i think they were trying to extort money out of me.Watch out people, they may be trying to take advantage of gullable people.Went away and came back a couple of days later and got rid of it no problem.

Lost my phone there (tracked there didn’t move) asked a guy who was more than helpful and checked where I was previously however couldn’t find it instructed me to check with the supervisors if someone had handed one in, ran into a man I heard referred to as Claude who said the supervisor was away in Stafford and I had lost it in a public place and shrugged tried to speak over me not listening to what I was saying how it’s tracking here and I just wanted to know if someone had handed it in, Well I went to the supervisors office spoke to them they said nothing has been handed in however another worker accompanied me to try and locate it while taking my number and calling, my phone started to ring as Claude walked up to us and my phone was ringing in his pocket and the other worker said it’s ringing on you talking to Claude to which he tried to play it off by saying how much you gonna pay me with a smile, I had my phone back as he had been caught out and said I just spoke to you about this and you said you had no idea and also why’s it in your pocket which he then walked away with his colleague then saying Claude man… this is the same person I’ve seen going through bags of clothes and taking out what he wants (theft) the original person I spoke to seemed to be the only one working, this man shouldn’t be employed here he’s a disgrace and a thief,Long story short make sure you’ve got everything before you go and don’t leave your cars unlocked with the windows down I would suggest as this man is a thief and always seems to be there.
