I am posting at this point in time to counter the review which claims that Russell Goswell of Ideal Home Improvements is a ‘con man’ and was abusive about their girl, both of which are unfounded and indeed slanderous. The situation arose whilst out in my front garden as Russell is quoting for some work I am getting done to replace soffits and facias. During our conversation I foolishly made some inappropriate remarks which in no way can be attributed to Russell. This company comes highly recommended by one of my neighbours and I look forward to getting the work done shortly.

Replaced our gutters, soffits and fascias which now look very smart (and no more painting!!) The estimate process was smooth and price reasonable compared to competitors. They did a thorough, professional job and kept us informed. Found an issue with some of our tiling which was rectified without fuss.

Ideal Home Improvements
After Checking out several roofing companies and questioning neighbours for referrals - we decided to contract Ideal to replace the old wooded fascia, soffits and barge boards - Russell came out to give a quote - and then on confirmation of works - he returned to do a detailed site survey. On the day of the job - the two fitters arrived on the dot. They ( Ashley & Ron ) were both approachable, friendly and courteous- they also were respectful around the house and garden whilst setting up their scaffolding frame etc. on what we thought would take two days - the lads worked tirelessly and completed the entire job in under a day & a half. Only hour after the fitters had left - we received a email from Laura asking / checking if we were happy with the outcome and if all fit looked ok.Following our experience - I can definitely recommend Russell, Laura & Team at Ideal Home Improvements.

About 2 months ago, I had a problem with my gutters. I contacted Ideal Roofing for help. Mike found out what was wrong and fixed it. I was able to keep the gutters 4 more years and save thousands of dollars.
Few weeks ago, it was time to replace the gutters. I contacted Mike to give me an estimate. Mike and his team are very professional, they know what they are talking about and they are friendly. It is very easy to communicate with all of them. The gutter replacement was very well done and on time. I recommend Ideal Roofing 100% to people who want to hire a professional, friendly and trusted company. You cannot go wrong by hiring them.

Ideal Home Improvements are a fantastic company to deal with. They installed new Marley Cedral cladding at my home, also new soffits and gutters and fixed my roof and chimney. The team have transformed my house and I couldn’t be more impressed with their workmanship, hard work and value for money. Very easy to deal with, managed problems as they arose without drama and most importantly kept their promises. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage them again for future work. Very highly recommended!

Totally recommend Russell and his team. Laura dealt with emails and calls she was extremely helpful. We had tiles taken off the front of our house and replaced with cladding. The men that did the job where prompt, friendly and very professional, they where really tidy they took 2 days to do the job, everything was left clean and tidy when they finished. Would not hesitate to recommend Ideal Home Improvements.
