I ordered yarn from Karelia House & it arrived according to delivery date. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong shade but when I contacted Karelia House they were exceptionally helpful & they immediately resolved my problem.

Absolutely horrendous company, have an extremely poor reputation for how they treat their staff.Poor management and complete disregard for their staffs welfare. Shirley and Sam should be ashamed of themselves.

Great views, good food and the staff are willing and very able to give advice on the goods available, My wife was there for over an hour trying out sewing machines with friendly service and not getting rushed.

I love this store! Lots of choice, great products and a nice cafe with delicious cake. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. For me Karelia House is always worth a visit for future scotland vacations.Thank you so so much for the wool roving, that was my highlight. See you next time.

We came across Karelia house on a walk from Kenmore to Aberfeldy and as it is half way between it made sense to pop in. What a surprise with lovely tea and coffee and if you're a knitter then you really have struck gold.

Good range of stock but the tea area was alert down. Only tray bakes. No cakes and at 3 pm not very good

We stopped in for a coffee and cakes whilst on our way to Inverness. Greeted with a smile, welcoming hosts and what can only be described as the best cakes we’ve eaten for a long time. Well worth the stop. Thank you
