My experience with this agency was the worst ever, they have placed pictures in their website that not represent the reality at all. When I have asked the agent he have informed me that the pictures are what the room looks like, but unfortunately when I have reached its at all not. Which is an electronic fraud. As you have signed for a thing and then you get something else. There is no accurate information nor description on how you as a customer can cancel the booking since its not what you were promised of so you are forced to stay in the place. They have changed the room type without keeping me informed even tough they are not selling to cancel the lease as the room is so bad with no maintainance not suitable for living as the smoke is all inside the heating system not working well and the room is freezing cold… actually the worst agents ever

Not a good website, they don't update their rooms availability enough. I was trying to book a room and pay but the room online wasn't accurate and they didn't actually have any rooms available.They still didn't update the website, once I found out there wasn't any rooms available.

Great site to help international students with renting accommodation, a hotel-like rental experience, and as far as I know, they have rentals worldwide! I studied in Glasgow and uhomes managed to book it for me and at a better price than any of my classmates who booked on their own.

I highly not recommend them to any one, they don't even deserve one star, they are liars.placing different pictures and descriptions of the accommodations than the reality. when you rase a complain they don’t replay back to you at all.their consultants are very rood specially with the international students. as they know that they are far from home so they try to take advantage of them letting them pay hight price for old bad accommodations.before signing with them they will try to show you that they are very helpful but then after reaching the place they change the behaviour.The one who give them full 5 stars are not student at all, they are the consultants.
