I lived in the UK up until a few months ago and constantly had good service from the Ballihoo team. However moved to Luxembourg recently and the team went above and beyond in order to mail me some fragile items that all arrived intact. Really really positive experience.

Don't trust them sent items with no House no on, so royal mail could not deliver, refusing refund untill items are returned to them.?????

Can't speak highly enough of this company. I purchased a whole range of homebrew equipment and everything came well packaged. You could clearly see lots of care had been taken when wrapping and packing 48 glass bottles. Delivery was quick and prices were great - I wish i was nearer so I could pop in!

Superb stock, service and prices! They know their stuff and are always happy to help. Competitive with online prices (they have an massive online store, so that makes sense) but the convenience of an actual shop, with actual people... glad they're pretty local for me!

Ordered a bunch of stuff from Balliihoo. Prompt delivery, great service. One item, a pack of yeast, had a short best before date. Contacted Balliihoo and after checking their stocks they had nothing else with longer date they could replace it with but did give full refund for it. Great service, will definitely use them again.

I've ordered online before and it's always been a smooth experience and a very fair price!I went to the shop in person for the first time recently and really can't recommend them enough! The staff member I had was incredibly helpful. He drilled two buckets there and then for me so that I could fit taps. He was helpful above and beyond. I'll definitely be back.

My first time at the shop. Oh my goodness what an amazing experience. Met a guy called Henry who couldn't be more helpful if he tried.Can't wait to try my razorback when it's done.I highly recommend this place. Its perfect for us homebrewers.

Absolutely superb turnaround... Ordered a load of malts and some yeast Friday afternoon, had the email saying it would arrive Monday, which was great then a follow up to say it would be here lunchtime Saturday... Quality great.... Price great and first rate service

I have shopped with Balliihoo many times now, both in person at their shop and via their website. The service and value for money has always been of the very highest standard. I have also phoned them more than once and had well informed and helpful responses. I rarely give reviews but I cannot recommend them highly enough!
