Ordered a delivery which was mostly good, delivery driver was lovely, food was hot when it arrived but when I opened the chocolate brownie I had ordered it was a cookie dough. Called the restaurant to query and was told they currently don’t have any chocolate brownies so sent cookie dough instead. I asked why the chocolate brownies were still available to order online if they don’t have any and they said they didn’t know. Disappointed to be honest, but this isn’t the only big takeaway chain that fails to get the order right or even complete nowadays.

Order via uber eats for never arrived after 2 hours. Card charged absolutely abysmal service avoid at all costs because you'll end up out of pocket and hungry. Tried calling 3 times phone rang out all 3 times.Update. Thanks for the response but I will not be using this pizza hut again. I was left £32 out of pocket with no food, so I won't be getting burnt twice.

We have not used this Pizza Hut in a while and I could not remember why.Ordered the supreme pizza, deep pan and it was cooked in that much grease that the corners of the pizza were wet and stodgy. It went in the bin. Gently reminder why we stopped ordering from there in the first place

Placed an order via the website, delivery estimated for 30-40 minutes. Food arrived 1hr 25 mins later. Food was borderline cold and swimming in grease. Ice-cream was liquid, cookie dough was more like a cookie (hard and crunchy), extra sauces that I paid for were missing. But the worst part of it was I started calling after waiting 50 mins. I called maybe up to 10-12 times in the next 35 mins assuming they were just busy and had no answers any time, and left the call ringing until fail. Left me wondering if I was getting food at all. Horrendous service! Likely going back to dominoes in future even if their food quality is questionable at the local store.

We order from here regularly and have never had a problem. Tonight the pizza and sides arrived at time given but the tub of ice cream with cookie dough was missing. Rang them and the driver came back with not 1 but 2 ice creams tubs.Thank you.

Best Pizza Hut pizzas ever. These guys always make the pizzas to 1st class standard. Lovely toppings with plenty of cheese. They did not scrimp on toppings fully loaded!!

Staff were polite and pizza was made quickly and fresh to order.Ordered Pepperoni passion pizza but seemed bland and worst, lacking much cheese which has never happened at any pizza hut before. Building seemed tired but clean.

Don't order from Pizza Hut Courthouse Green, 2nd time in 2 months the order never arrives. When you call them, they will not answer the phone. I had to reorder from a different location and pay again. Shameful! This location is a franchise. Still waiting on the refund !!!
