One of the most beautiful parts of the Gower peninsula. Walk to Pwlldu and you'll be happy.

Ancient woodland is rich in flowers in spring. Beautiful place to walk. Local warden does family guided walks each month and more in the summer holidays.

Nice place to walk your dog or a short stroll with your family. Good parking next to the beach - can get busy on a sunny weekend

The steep incut valley walls are awash with bluebells and wild garlic in the spring. In summer the wood provides welcome cool shade and quiet after a visit to Caswell Bay.A third of a mile inland, the split in the valley is the site for the roundhouse, a traditionally crafted and green roofed meeting hall for all to use. From here, the paths lead to Bishopston, Holtsfield, Owens Field and Summer Lane, Newton.
