Fantastic service. Couldn't be faulted. Tim spent 2 hours setting our bikes up for us when we took delivery. No pressure sales and a great test ride route plus expert knowledge, especially if you have physical problems. Plus the coffee of course!

If you thought customer service was dead then go to Smilebikes where it is very much alive. We took delivery of our ebikes yesterday and really believe that after Tim's attention to detail they will be perfect for us. AND we got a really good deal as well!

What a brilliant life changing experience. We are women aged 55 and 60. I have ridden drop down handlebar racers with thin tyres for 23 years but wanted some comfort now I'm 55 and speed is no longer important. I also wanted to go back to some off road riding, as I used to enjoy in my 20s. Other shops would not advise me on what sort of bike would suit me and the young staff in them seemed dis-interested in older women with dreams of their youth (masked in retirement plans), so we were quite confused about what we wanted in any new bikes. Tim Jane and Shelly are so welcoming with there lovely countryside location and a never ending supply of good coffee! Time is taken with you, making you feel listened too and understood then the great part to test out the bikes on a proper ride in beautiful countryside, with superb instruction and encouragement from Tim all the time. Nothing is too much trouble, the whole process is very smooth and professional, even the delivery is very carefully done taking time to ensure the bike is set to your sizing for comfort riding and some lovely little extra touches too! So happy to have found Tim and Smile bikes.

Picked up my new bike on Saturday. Was most impressed by the shop and lovely building and area. Was offered a very nice coffee while my bike was moved outside. Great expert advice about setting up and riding the bike. Then taken for a couple of miles ride to make sure all was well. Amazing team who care and took the time to explain everything. Really pleased with my purchase and looking forward to many miles exploring Norfolk.

My wife and I recently bought e bikes from Smilebikes. The service we received from Tim and his team was 1st class. Tim accompanied us on our demo ride along quiet country lanes (with some hills) offering lots of advice and encouragement. Marion came back smiling, her nervous start completely forgotten. We can't thank you enough as a whole new life is just beginning as we explore the countryside on our bikes. We have been out on our bikes for 5 out of 6 days as we are enjoying ourselves so much.

I wasn't expecting to get an ebike the day my chain snapped close to Smilebikes. But while I was waiting for them to fix my chain, I tried one out. Big mistake. I left with my bike sorted and an ebike ordered.I've always enjoyed cycling and owning an ebike has made it so much better. My mileage has increased and hills - no problem! Tim gave me the right advice on the best ebike for me and that unplannned test ride has been invaluable. Tim is brillliantly supported by Jane and Shelly, and the coffee is excellent.
