Worst experience ever!!! We just got half of our laundry stolen during drying!!! That's absolutely insane and we went back 3x during the 45min dryer time... Totally upset as we have to get new clothes when on holidays.. Its really a bad welcome to Liverpool!!Update : owner is very nice and helping to check the cameras. Of course nothing can be found but at least she is is so helpful!

It is supposed to be open until 9pm, but actually was already CLOSED at 8:54pm when we were picking up. Neither phone number or email was working. Totally ruined our trip. Avoid it at ALL COST!

Half way through my wash and machine stopped working along with a few other people's. Ok things happen, but no one answered any of the different phone numbers. Lost my money and had to deal with soaking wet clothes.

Terrible experience, paid extra for a hot washes in 4 different machines but the they all used cold water.The machines were REALLY dirty, my clothes came off worse

The place looks clean and I like that you operate it via the app. However, the dryers are useless - 50min on the hot setting has made no difference- we usually use our local launderette and 20min there makes our clothes almost fully dry so thought 50min will be more than enough but no. Waste of time and money

Spent 20 minutes walking there. Had to download an app that didn’t work. When I did get it to work, all machines were now in use. Did I mention that 3 out of the 5 machines were out of order? No card or coin options. You might want to consider other alternatives. All this at 9.15 in the morning. Very very poor

The concept is good, you can reserve your machine before arrival, pay via the app (you can only pay via the app) and they add your detergent etc. The driers either don't quite allow enough time in the alloted chunks of time you can purchase or you end up having to pay for far more time than needed though. Not the cleanest of establishments either

The amount of times these machines have taken money and then not worked is ridiculous. Can’t get a refund or a credit.
