Was recommended Kirsty by a friend and she was not wrong, Kirsty listened to what I wanted and was very professional and she done a fabulous job with my colour and style. Looking forward to my return visit.

Kirsty always does an amazing job and I trust her judgement implicitly. She really does know what looks best and to top it off a trip to the style lab is like a night out with your friends rather than a boring few hours sat staring at yourself looking like a plucked chicken and flicking through magazines. Kirsty is a pleasure to be around.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience.I went for a cut and colour. All seemed well until I got home and found that I had root bleed from bleach seeping out of the foils all over my hair. This would definitely have been noticeable when it was blow dried but wasn't mentioned to me.I've never been so self conscious of my hair and needed to get it re done. I messaged Kirstie and asked for some compensation, she replied 'wow' and offered for me to come back to fix it but by this point I'd lost trust and needed to get it sorted as soon as possible. She said she would refund me but after messaging several times over a the last few weeks, she never did. I paid another hairdresser to fix it all who had never seen anything so bad, the cut was also done while my hair was dry before being coloured and apparently with blunt scissors so wasn't straight. Would not go back or recommend.
