My wife and I were invited by close friends to try this fairly new restaurant, and we were all very impressed.Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, very we'll presented and delicious food.I would highly recommend this restaurant.The menu is very enticing, and the food is very well presented as well as delicious and very reasonably priced.I will definitely go there again.

Got this delivered via Just Eat. A good meal, if not the best I've ever had. Not salty as Taste of Jamaica but not as nice or as big a portion as 7even, this was a good meal with plentiful pieces of chicken (besides the fried dumpling when I requested baked) but please use boneless meat (same to the other Caribbean establishments!). I nearly swallowed some small bones.Not a fan of coleslaw and wish they did steamed veg like 7even and Taste of Jamaica do. Two cucumber slices, small diced sweet peppers, one slice of tomato on top of some coleslaw in a small pot isn't substantial enough.

I really enjoyed my food and experience here, very chilled, lovely atmosphere and great tasting home cooked style" options at decent prices. If you can't handle spice you should be fine here as the jerk sauce isn't peppery but packed with flavour.The curry goat

We had plaintain, avocado & potato and the battered prawns for starters both of which were delicious and well presented. My friend had stew chicken; she said it fell off the bone and was really tasty. I had the fried chicken special which came with rice, plantain, coleslaw, salad and a spicy dip which I also really enjoyed. We both ordered coconut rice and we were not disappointed, we really enjoyed it. We didn't think the cocktails were as good as expected but the meal and the ambience made up for it. We will return as there are so many dishes on the menu we want to try. They also do takeaway.

Ordered a takeaway from here. Best Carribbean food I've had in a long time. Delicious food with generous portions and reasonably priced. The service was very friendly and speedy. The interior of the restaurant was also really lovely. Will definitely be going back.

Some of the best Caribbean food I've had from any restaurant!I had the curry goat with rice and peas, and it was delicious...I had to compliment the chef.The staff are so polite and friendly.It's a family - run restaurant with a good atmosphere.The place is tastefully decorated and really clean and bright.I'll be telling family and friends about it.Well worth a visit.

Food was absolutely delicious. Cannot believe we have such authentic Caribbean food just 10 minutes down the road from us. This must be the best Caribbean food I have tasted in a restaurant in this country. I will be back, and often!

My first time and never ever will be the last of course. Food is amazing, true Caribbean flavours, authentic and size portion is great. The service was exceptional, smiles on all the staff’ faces, they welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. I even placed a takeaway order to take home afterwards, people of Romford, do not miss out on this gem of a restaurant. Congratulations to all the family. Lots of love alwaysLou xxx
