My bike had been sitting in a shed for 8 years and I wanted to get it back in the road. Chris promptly came to have a look at it and let me know what needed doing. A week later he brought the bike back as good as new!Very reasonably priced and excellent customer service, would definitely recommend

Great response and work from Switchback - came out promptly, did extra work on top of the work I had asked for and reasonable priced too. Would highly recommend, I always try and use local services where I can and this one will be servicing my bikes for the foreseeable. Top Bloke as well!

I asked Chris to service my 3 bikes of which one is a bit higher spec mtb with a fox fork. He mostly did what I asked and cleaned and restored 2 of them. The higher spec one had a few problems after the service" which I discovered after he delivered the bikes to me and I paid him £200 total. The lockout on the fork didn't work as should and cassette was rattling. I contacted Chris a few times which was a pain as he became less responsive. He took the bike
