Can not fault the pharmacy, all staff are courteous and helpful and in my experience go above and beyond what is required of a pharmacy, I have nothing but good things to say about Gwynan Edwards pharmacy, one of the few independent local pharmacies left.

My wife was ill with a very painful throat when swallowing and as usual the GP surgery phone in Colwyn Bay was permanently engaged. Acting on a recommendation we saw the young lady pharmacist at Gwynan Edwards Chemist as she had powers to examine and prescribe medications.. She was friendly and knowledgeable and took time to examine my wife and then write her a prescription which her colleagues in the shop supplied. My wife is now improving and we are very greatful to all at Gwynan Edwards Chemist Penmaenmawr for their kindness and help.

Super chemist in centre of village. Friendly service, if not in stock will order it for you, usually for the next day. Normally quick service and good range of non prescription items too. Highly recommend.
