Order came quick and correct. Other than that it was an awful experience. Salad was off and over a third of the pizzas tops were stuck to the lid. The 5 inches around the center were soggy and stuck to the bottom of the box.

ordered online, worst experience ever, we were very patient and when it finally got passed the time it said it should arrived we called, they said that it has already been picked up and on its way. since this pizza place is pretty close we expected it to be quite fast, however it was the complete opposite. about 20 minutes later we still had not received the food and so we called again, to which the response was, “HELLO??? HELLO?????? HELLO HELLO?????” the man was pretending not to be able to hear us, we knew this as we called with two phones both unsuccesful, and not to mention that he could hear us perfectly fine before, in the end, we never got our pizza and are probably going to have to go to be pizza-less, unfortunate but sometimes thats just the way it goes. hoping to get a refund soon.

So far in oxford the best pizza outlet I’ve seen. My pizza got served within 10 mins and the staffs are so amazing there’s a guy named tejas he is so amazing I appreciate his consistency quality.

I called twice to ask for preparation of my order, and the one who was willing to take my order hanged up the call while I was talking with him. When I arrived, I asked him why did he close the call and he lied saying I was saying Hi !!! Please, respect your customer.

Great staff, great location, solid Pizza Hut quality. Not a great atmosphere or a sit down meal, but great for delivery, collection, or grabbing a bite when you're on the go.
