I dont normally leave reviews however the service and value i received from Griffiths Security Ltd was outstanding. The guys were extremely helpful and were quickly able to sort the dilemma i had with a broken car key / needing a spare in a friendly and professional manner. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Tom provided an excellent service at reasonable cost in fitting a new lock to our Church door. All very neat and tidy. Tom has already fitted new locks to our Church Hall doors. Highly recommended. Griffiths has an outstanding reputation so I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful job by Tom who replaced 2 locks for me today. He was on time, tidy, friendly, and tried to minimise my costs. Would definitely use that company again.

We waited nearly three working weeks for a quotation, which we never received; the “senior incompetent” had gone on holiday after taking my instructions. We were then told on three separate occasions that we would be receiving a quotation from Tom, then Richard and finally Simon who had just returned from holiday. As I complained about this delay asking if :-“they didn’t want the business or was it just gross incompetence”The response I finally received from Simon, the senior incompetent, was to virtue signal, showing utter arrogance by accusing me of “being vexatious and that they have a zero tolerance policy of aggression and abuse” I can only assume that was how my texted complaint was received.The zero tolerance is of course being called out for an unprofessional response, incompetence and for the zero customer service. A total and utter waste of time.

As an executor I needed to access a Deed Box. Unfortunately there was no key!! So having been given some humendous quotes I popped into Griffith Security. The result was that the box was opened. OK they were not able to provide a key. But when I asked how much I was told it was opened quickly and there was no charge. Such service is rare to find and I would readily recommend such professional and helpful service. Now I've been able to see what's in the box, sadly not the crown jewels but can move on to winding up my relatives affairs. Thanks again Griffiths and a well meant thankyou.

We had this company out to our house to help us with a UPVC door that would not lock.We truly recommend Using Griffiths if you need any locksmith work doing.Very helpful and well priced compared to others.The locksmith (Tom was his name) fixed our front door replacing the mechanism and then even serviced a couple of windows and our back door.Tom is a real credit to this company, he was very friendly, professional and very helpfulWe Highly recommend

I phoned the company at mid-day yesterday and by 3pm the broken lock on my back door had been fixed. Really impressive service and didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

I recently used the labour services of Griffiths Security Ltd. to fix an old traditional letterbox. The service and professionalism to identify the correct springs and fix the problem in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price was superb. I would fully recommend this company.
