Great service and quality, from start to finish!

Ok place to make deliverys and easy to find.

Not sure what's happened here, Hopwells used to be one of my best suppliers (last year I gave them a 5 star review), now they're not a supplier at all..... constant shortages and missing items. While this does happen with other suppliers we get some kind of advanced warning or items automatically re-delivered or substituted - with Hopwells its just not there and unless you chase the depot / rep that's all you get, its just not there and never will be!I've known my rep for 25 years (there's always a brew on the bar for you Keith!) and would consider myself a loyal customer having used Hopwells in 2 of my own businesses and recommended them regularly, but I've just had enough!If its happening to me on a small scale I wouldn't like to think how much turnover they're loosing when you scale things up!They expect us to be flexible enough to deal with 1/3rd of our order missing but on the flip side if your 2 minutes late putting your order in you've had it! I'm pretty sure non of the upper management have any real idea what its like working hands on, on the front line" of the catering industry."
