Shell O'Toole Photography

My husband and I booked a photoshoot to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. I reached out to Shell having seen her work online and realising she was local to us. What stood out to me was how she used so much movement to make her couples feel relaxed in their shoot and thought that would be good for us as we are camera shy! Being a Photographer myself it was important to me to feel comfortable in front of the camera and as soon as I received the first voice message from Shell I was immediately at ease and excited about our shoot. We had so much fun on the shoot, the photos are of such a high quality. We got caught in the rain but embraced it and our photos were wonderful. We laughed so much throughout it. We are chuffed. Thank you Shell.

if i could give 6 stars i would.as someone who HATES having my photo taken i can wholeheartedly say that shell does everything in her power to make you feel at ease and under no pressure at all. she’s so down to earth, easy to get along with and the biggest cheerleader you could ask for. we had multiple people at our wedding say how great she was and that’s before even seeing any photographs. she put no pressure on me and took special care around making me feel comfortable. i can not recommend shell enough, a genuine, bubbly, kind, hilarious, (sometimes a potty mouth) all round photographer. shell’s yo’gurl i PROMISE.

Run don’t walk to book Shell!! She is a FANTASTIC photographer and we couldn’t be happier to have found her for our wedding. We received so many compliments on our photographs and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. The pre-wedding couples shoot was full of laughter from start and finish and she brought the same energy on the day too!! Safe to say she’s stuck with us for life now!

This woman is incredible. As a couple, it was our first photo shoot so we were a little nervous as to what to expect. Shell made the shoot feel so natural and not to mention the whole experience being so much fun. Shell has loads of fantastic ideas for those “in the moment” photos. Especially as ours turned into a proposal!! Every emotion was captured and we 100% recommend RoseOToole’s photography.

Shell was absolutely wonderful during our wedding day. Getting involved and treating us like absolute stars. We could thank her enough for making mine and my wife's day that much better. 100% recommend for any shoots as she is so easy to work with and will always put you first!

So far I have had two photo shoots with Shell and each time it has been extremely relaxed and enjoyable. I have used a few lovely, talented photographers but Shell is by far my favourite. My most recent experience with her was for a maternity shoot which she kindly accepted to do, being near the end of pregnancy I felt fat and horrible but she some how made me feel like a model with her kind comments and I came away feeling amazing, she’s not only your photographer when she’s taking your picture but your biggest fan as well. She helps to make posing feel effortless and is very accommodating with cheeky children. Im very excited to have a couples shoot with her in 2022 and then have her at my wedding after that.

I am so in love with the photos Shell took of my husband and I. We wanted to have a photo shoot to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and the fact we had a baby on the way. Shell made us feel so at ease and made us laugh throughout the whole shoot. She didn’t make us do any awkward poses; instead she kept us talking and moving, as a result we have some beautiful and natural looking images that we will be cherishing for many, many years to come. We selected Rose O'Toole to be our wedding photographer and right from the beginning Shell has been amazing to work with. She is fun, down to earth and incredibly professional.Unfortunately, the day before the wedding Shell had to pull out due to waiting for a PCR test result, but she made sure that she was able to send a backup photographer which enabled her to carry out the edits as planned.We absolutely love our photos and can't thank her enough for providing us with a lifetime of memories of the day.
