There is a member of staff here called Maubi or something who is deliberately rejecting customers Amazon parcels for collection. If you too encounter the same problem report him and the store to Amazon. They are paid by Amazon to provide this service so they need to accept Amazon Hub Counter deliveries or ditch the service altogether.

WARNING DO NOT USE FOR COLLECT PLUS! I had a mobile phone delivered here and can’t begin to explain what chaos this caused and took me nearly three weeks to collect! To cut a long story short, it was sent here, they didn’t scan it in properly. I tried to collect and they wouldn’t even look because I didn’t have a bar code because they hadn’t scanned the parcel. I got in touch with the purchase company and after numerous emails, they tracked down FedEx who had to ring this newsagents and explain how to scan in. I finally got the code and went back. They scanned it and tried to tell me the parcel wasn’t there. They said the bar code was invalid, but had scanned it to show I’d collected. They tried to fob me off and get me to leave without my parcel. Complete con merchants! It’s only because I rang fedex in the shop and sent them an email they finally gave in and ‘found’ my parcel. Anyone who did not persevere like me would have walked away without the phone and they would have proof it was collected. All in all a very stressful process and time consuming. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
