I can highly recommend Bromley Brides for wonderful customer service and a wide range of beautiful bridal dresses at reasonable prices. Amelia and Becky have been wonderful from start to finish. The shop is very well laid out with a wide range of dresses and a great changing area that allows you to have the privacy and space to try on dresses. Amelia was so helpful and patient in helping me find the dress. I was able to take my time trying on a number of dresses and I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy at all. Amelia was there to offer advice and made me feel so at ease. After finding the dress, Becky ensured that I had the right petticoat hoop to enhance the Aline skirt and has been wonderful in ensuring everything was ready for the big day. I was so happy with my dress, I felt like a real princess! I’m so pleased I chose my dress from Bromley Brides as it was such a pleasant experience (having had a rather unpleasant experience of pressure sales at another bridal shop!). I feel confident that I was able to try a range of wonderful dresses with Bromley Brides that the dress I found really was the one!

Lovely dress selection and gorgeous venue to try on dresses with space for friends&family too. Joan hosted my appointment and she was an absolute dream; so kind&calm and helped make some really lovely&helpful suggestions throughout my appointment. Writing a review took me some time as I initially hesitated to share my experience. My wedding was in March this year, and I can’t recommend this bridal store for the following reasons:1. Dress prices are significantly higher than competitors. I suggest comparing prices online to see the difference.2. The customer service was disappointingly insincere and condescending.3. I bought a 2-tier veil, but on my wedding day, I discovered they had given me the wrong one.4. When I went to collect my dress, despite having paid in full months in advance, the SA seemed hesitant, as if they doubted my payment.Overall, my experience with this store was less than satisfactoryThe only positive was a lovely seamstress Fatima. Genuine and just lovely.

So yesterday I went for a visit to Bromley Brides and I had booked an appointment in their Wonder Room. I am honestly overwhelmed with how perfect everything went! Kerry made our time in the Wonder Room absolutely perfect. She is the most down to earth, helpful, supportive lady to have help you find your dream dress and we couldn’t have asked for any better! I ended up saying yes to the dress and even got to meet the wonderful David Emanuel whilst he was there.The customer service in this store is just outstanding and I would recommend them to everyone looking for that special bridal experience! We weren’t rushed at all even though we went slightly over our appointment time and I felt I could ask all of my questions that I had.Thank you Bromley Brides!

I am lucky enough to have married a very thoughtful man who surprise booked me into Bromley Brides Wonder room. Couldn't have had a better experience! One hick up when putting the actual deposit on the dress and mentioned the alterations I wanted which for a second we were told wouldn't be possible but with the help of the amazing Fatima our lovely seamstress who worked tirelessly changing and rebuilding my dress until it was perfect for me, all was well in the end. Loved all my visits to Bromley Brides and a really personal touch seeing Fatima at her studio for a final fitting too. Such lovely friendly staff, easy to get in touch with. Loved it so much I'm taking my friend for her first dress fittings here too!

Bromley Brides were so attentive from start to finish and made me feel so special each time I walked into their store. Every bride should be made to feel this way and trust me, myself and the bridal gang went to a few shops but it just wasn't the same.I just want to say a huge thank you for your time, patience and to Anna the seamstress who was stressing out about my continuous weight loss and her continuous alterations in taking the dress in even the week before the wedding!The experience of the Wonderoom was especially amazing! From my first appointment to the alterations and even the cleaning and boxing of my dress after the big day, the team at Bromley Brides have been 5 star!The store is beautiful, the selection of dresses is fantastic and I’d definitely recommend booking the Wonder Room, it made it such a fun afternoon for me and my bride squad. Lisa was amazing, she couldn’t have been more patient and supportive whilst also giving me some invaluable tips and advice. Without her I don’t think I’d have tried on the dress I eventually said yes to!Alison and Fatima also truly went above and beyond to calm my nerves and ensure that my dress fit perfectly on the day. Thank you to all of the team for ensuring I had the dress of my dreams! I cannot recommend Bromley Brides highly enough.

I would like to thank you June for being so helpful and sweet in my appointment. We Spent almost 2h trying the dresses, having a prosecco and a table full of sweets. It was very very nice time with me and my friend. I tried about 6 or 7 dresses and got 15 minutes to enjoy a cup of tea and some cakes. I wish I had tried fewer dresses so I could enjoy the room we were. It was very very nice over there. The young lady that is studying design is very sweet as well. Beautiful dresses and a good range of designs. Very well recommended for every girl that wants to find her dream dress.

I have just returned from my wedding abroad and the dress I bought from Bromley Brides was just perfect.Alison from Bromley Brides was amazing throughout. Beginning with my first appointment, fittings, more appointments and packing my dress perfectly to take away. She helped me through my confusion of what style I wanted and even my wobbles around my decision of the dress I chose. She was very patient indeed!The shop is beautiful and the service was very personable. I had travelled to London and Manchester searching for the perfect dress, and I only had to travel around the corner to Bromley Brides to get the perfect dress after all.Thank you xx
