The team at Pyromania could not have been more helpfull.We had a complete new fireplace installed by another local company but were very unhappy about the installation and integrity of the workmanship.We did not want them back in our house and so I contacted Pyromania mainly to ask for advice,they immediately offered to come out and survey what had been done,confirmed our fears.We then arranged for them to come back, remove the fireplace and gas fire and refit everything correctly to theirs and our satisfaction.Nothing was too much trouble and everything was certified correctly.Very professional throughout.

Brilliant fuss-free install of a lovely fireplace. Peter came over to measure up and give a quote ahead of time and did a great job of explaining our options and how it would all work. Install day was excellent, really friendly and professional job, and left everything very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
