Lings Norfolk Triumph

I visited the shop yesterday morning with my brother, who was test riding the Trident 660.First impressions the shop was immaculately clean, and friendly staff. I thought it was an added touch of class for the free coffee and tea, thank you.

Over the years I have bought two Triumphs from this branch and a Honda from the Ipswich branch. Recently while on a visit to the Watton branch my Triumph refused to start. I popped inside to ask if maybe someone could take a quick look. As it was a Saturday no technician was available. Fair enough. I asked if it could be left there for me to collect on Monday. I was told there was no free space unless I wanted to pay around £130ph labour for them to investigate. Nice attitude!! So I had to get my gf out to pick me up, then back to mine to get my van, straps, and ramps. Their attitude has cost them a sale, because I was going to put a deposit on the new 400cc, but now I will take my custom, and any future custom elsewhere.

I ordered a MOT test for my KTM 1290 Super Adventure motorcycle... Everything was done perfectly... great staff, service...

Very disappointing. Drove 40 mins in the wet to view a 850 Sport. Salesperson advised model in showroom sold, could get another one in month! No good morning, how are you, would you like a coffee or offer to wheel the 850 forward to have a closer look, more interested in looking at the monitor than engaging a customer, now looking elsewhere.

Always a fantastic experience visiting these guys at their shop in Watton. My recent visit for a Service and MOT of my T120 was no exception.First rate customer service.Definitely pay them a visit if you're in the area.

Great team down at Lings, always willing and helpful, I had my annual service done on my Street Triple a very reasonable price, asked lots of questions if I had any issues and completed the bike in about an hour or so. Harry and James in Sales hold this place together. I bought my new bike from Harry and his service was extremely (*as in really bloody good) excellent. Shame about the maintenance department. Rang 5 times on different days for a 500 mile service and no one answered. Now booked in at another branch, not because I wanted to but rather because no one picked up the telephone. It's not easy to my take time out of work to call people, so it becomes very boring when people keep not picking up the telephone. I also own a BMW and still Triumph has so much to catch up on regarding service at dealerships. It's light and day really. Mixed feelings because they are lovely and very hardworking people but they are let down by corportate guidance.
