I went in not knowing what to expect but having a very sporty and clinical outlook I appreciate the holistic value of massage. This treatment went a step further by using the physical contact to connect with the mind and it was probably the most relaxed I've been in a long time! Karen is professional and calming and has made a welcoming space for her treatments. I would highly recommend trying a session.

Such an amazing massage each and everytime. You are totally in control of depth, speed etc as Karen is very thorough in asking your needs and wants in the beginningof every session. Massage usually begins with lying on front and some work on your back by the time she get to legs I am so relaxed and feel in a medititive state. I love the rocking movements across my hips and get such a release after it. I wholeheartedly recommend trying Karen's no hands massage if you get a chance. The contact on your body is so much more than traditional massage and its different everything depending on my needs and wants.
