Savills Manchester Bridge Street

Phoned Savills this afternoon to ask a few questions in preparation for my move in where I spoke to Wesley who made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him as he kept interrupting me whilst I was asking questions. He advised me lettings were to busy to answer my call and Wes just said google your questions and he said he would send a link for the questions. Surprise surprise that never arrived as I asked him if I can leave my contact number for him and his response was I have it on my phone. He then ended to say he had to conclude the call because he was hungry that’s extremely poor. No wonder there losing customers who most have moved to Thornley Groves and Settio who are leaving the way. But Wes needs retraining on customer service

My partner and I are shortly due to move into our apartment rented with Savills, we have been very impressed with the efficient and responsive service. Our viewing was arranged with just a few hours' notice and since making our offer the team have updated us regularly on next steps to keep the process moving and been quick to respond to any queries (particular thanks to Kirstie, Donna and Olivia for your help).Highly recommended...

Genuinely had a really pleasant and swift experience with Savills. I’d been struggling to find accommodation for months and the market for it is unfortunately terrible, from agencies/landlords not replying or being fully booked to properties getting snatched as soon as they’re added. Kirstie from Savills was super helpful and kind to us, supporting us through our application and referencing process. She was also very responsive to text messages/emails and was happy to help over the phone if we needed to call. Would recommend!

Wendy has taken care of the administration of my portfolio for the last 8 years and has done a stellar job. She is meticulous and responsive in (i) following up regularly with items such as service charge, ground rent, etc. to ensure they are paid on time (ii) adjusting invoices such as council tax, utilities, etc. for void periods (iii) rents received were always paid on time and maintenance contractors dealt with promptly. All and all, a great experience - thanks Wendy!

Amazing staff with immediate response time and very professional. Best experience I have ever had so far with real state agencies. Smooth process from viewing, contract, checkout and deposit. Property manager Donna Philips was very helpful during the tenancy times and sorted out everything within a day. happy to work with them again!!
