Trident Paint & Body Centre

Over the last few years I have had three cars repaired by trident including a major repair on a high end bmw 2 series. Everytime the repair is brilliant and as good as new. All other spray shops (including insurance approved) have always left me disappointed. Seriously theses guys know their stuff . I trust no one else , easily the best in the north west. Thanks for the latest repair on my 19 reg vw !

Had a lady drive into my brand new fiat 500 and as a young new driver I had no idea what I needed to do with regards to getting my car fixed. Called and spoke to Rob and he talked me through everything explaining it all clearly and helped me communicate and organise everything through the ladies insurer. It was such an easy process, drop my car off with them, they fixed it good as new and cleaned it up and I came back to pick it up. Easy as that! Such good customer service and will always go back here if any further bumps (touch wood there isn't!) thanks guys!

I had my car in today and although I had some very bad news the guys were very curteous and knowledgeable I will be back.After getting home and doing various quotes I've found that this garage is really expensive.It's a shame as staff seem great but when your getting quotes at £900 cheaper then they give you it's really annoying.AVOID.!!!!!

I am a taxi driver. I bought tyres through etyres co.uk. and booked a spot from 08.30-09.30. I arrived at 09.00 to drop the car off, thinking it's going to be done by 11.00 so I can get back to work. The gentleman behind the counter said they are going to get to work straight away on my car. It's 15.30 I'm sitting in their office and still not done. I'm waiting for the last tyre to be done. They've cost me money. Not going back here.

Horrendous from start to finish. Took my car in for a set of brake pads, tyres and an MOT which should have been a day job, ended up taking over 2+ weeks to be completed, with no updates aside from my repeated phone calls. When the vehicle was finally ready, the day after leaving their Garage the drivers side door handle wouldn’t unlock from neither the inside or the outside, so to get in / out of my car I had to climb over the passenger side which is a clear safety issue, and it’s an embarrassing inconvenience. Took it back to Trident who then said “ These things happen “ when I’d had the car for over a year with no issues whatsoever. Trident charges me £180+ to fix this, and took my car to bits in the process without informing me this would be the case. This took 5+ day’s with no travel arrangements made, another huge inconvenience. When the car was finally ready, again after multiple calls from myself, I picked it up in darkness as the vehicles are left outside, and once I’d managed to get some light it became apparent they’d ripped my leather interior on the drivers door, damage costing £1000 for a replacement. I immediately rang them that night but they were closed, so I left a message asking to be rang back straight away. After multiple calls trying to get through, no answer. I will be taking this further. Awful experience and would not recommend as no care or skill is used whatsoever.
