Awful service. They're normally good, but the last time I went I asked for a specific cut which the barber ignored completely, cutting in areas I asked to be untouched.When I asked why it turned out he didn't speak any English - he was just pretending to understand and we needed another barber to translate!! They offered me a discount but I still had to go to a different barber to fix the mess they made.

Easily the best barber shop in Loughborough. I have been going here for a long time now and not once have I had any problems with my haircut. Great value for money and customer service is top standard. Would highly recommend!!

Yusuf is a Brilliant barber always makes my boys feel welcome and relaxed (both have ASD). They always come out looking smart and happy, with what they have asked for. Yusuf makes it fun for them and they always ask for thier salt and pepper hair gel! Would definitely recommend.

I have had several head and hot towel beard shaves across the uk whilst working but I now wait until I am home to get it done here. Fantastic place with fantastic staff who are very friendly, professional and give a great service. I would highly recommend Turkish Hairlines in Loughborough.

The worst haircut I've ever had in this barber shop! I clearly explained what I wanted, I gave clear, exact instructions about what to do and what not to do. The barber ignored everything I said, he cut and shaved areas I asked to leave natural.Bossman is usually alright, unfortunately he wasn't in this time. I made a huge mistake by trusting one his unskilled staff!Well done, this is the way to lose regular customers!Time to find a hopefully better barber...!

Quite rough with my head, would have appreciated that the guy washed his hands before giving me a shave as well (which wasn’t very close) haircut itself was decent. Place needs a good clean too.
