Krish Chemist

I transferred my repeat prescription to Krish and will never use them again after my recent experience. Prescription was there on the day I was told but hadn't been dispensed. Needed to return the next day. Still had to wait as it still wasn't dispensed when I returned. Place is busy and seems chaotic. No privacy (everyone can hear you giving out your name and address). I had to write my name down as the person who served me just couldn't get it. People in the queue moaning about missed items from their prescriptions. Final thing, the parking. People getting fined for not parking correctly (not the fault of the pharmacy of course) but people saying they'll return to the pharmacy in half an hour as their prescription wasn't ready. If they do that they too will get fined. Im an unhappy customer and I thought the service I received at Lloyd's pharmacy who I moved from was bad. This was worse. I won't give them a second chance.

When I called the pharmacy to ask if they had something in stock the lady that answered was miserable and unhelpful. It was like she was forced to work. When I got to the pharmacy wasn’t greeted with a hello and the lady on front desk carried on putting prices on stock instead of serving me. She didn’t even acknowledge me to say I will be with you in a minute. Very miserable staff

Hopelessly disorganized, big queues,, full of non medical profit driven items, no covid tests, how on earth did they get a license?

I went to this pharmacy yesterday as an item was unavailable from my usual LloydsThe person was very helpful and checked with the pharmacist who ordered my item immediately for pick up today , for this I am extremely gratefulThe 3 stars are for herIf I was able to give 0 for my experience today , I would!Prescription was not ready and the staff member serving was so rude it took me back in surprise, no greeting , no expression whatsoever, unbelievableI then had the audacity to request to buy a separate item while i was waiting !Well , i have never heard so much huffing and puffing, totally unacceptableI have worked in a variety of roles including retail and would have been sacked for the attitude of this womanHowever, i do not have to come down to her level and thanked the staff on leavingOf course we then have the parking issues which are not the pharmacists faultI accept that pharmacists in general experience difficult customers as do all retail shops but i was not one of them , I smile and greet people with mannersShe should have done the same , its her job !

What a lovely experience, just been referred to them by 111, as my little girl isn't well and needed to be looked at. They were very helpful, our Dr's didn't give a damp..

Pleasant staff and helpful too. So pleased we changed from Lloyds - Krish rarely do not have required medications.

Hi. I was very impressed by the man that was working boxing day and arranged end of life meds. I changed all meds to krish only to find out that was the last time I would get service there. I dread going there and the parking ppl have fined me without a notice o. My wi Dow o ly to fi d out after I paid it I wasnt even there that day. 2 fake fi es. So changed to Lloyd's direct who post it to you.

Krish pharmacy is friendly very helpful and inviting.. they make me feel welcome and make me laugh...male pharmacist always has a smile and the female is very caring and thorouuga..Review by Nickola
