I had a new boiler and radiators installed by this company. They did a great job and was reasonably priced. One of the lads even showed me how to use my wireless thermostat as well as setting it up on my phone. All in all they provided a brilliant and friendly service

Recently had a gentleman from this company, we had no heating at all, it was Friday afternoon! in a flap I called GTi, obviously expecting to be a day or 2 without heating, he called in on the way home from a job and got to my home at 6pm, managed to fix my heating problem there and then which was an electric valve of some sort and showed me a better way to use my heating. Very happy with the work and didnt expect to get it done so quickly. Thank you

Had new boiler installed by this company, it went faulty after 3 weeks and was condemned by Gas Safe, was a very poor installation and shoddy work. Still currently without heating and hot water would definitely NOT recommend this company.

This company is extremely professional and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble for them.They are reliable , polite and leave everything tidy and clean . Would highly recommendHave installed my heating system and maintain it never had a problem with any of work they have carried out .

Used this company for most of our property developments and full refurbishments. Can't fault the work at all, considering how quick they can get to view and quote our work that's needed to be completed under a time scale. Our last property that we were updating had an system boiler with tanks and airing cupboard full of boiler things. GTi came in with the best quote out of 4 other companies for a system upgrade to a 35kw ideal combi boiler with all bells and whistles, and replaced 4 out of the 13 radiators for larger type, the property has now got a very large storage space where the old boiler bits were. Certain carpets (very light cream) were to be kept in the property as they were new prior to purchase and the team made sure that they were very well protected with carpet protector and dust sheets(kept the missus happy and my wallet). We were well informed on the work they had done and also shown in detail how to use the smart controls which I personally think you need a degree to understand. Considering the weather they had to endure doing there bit outside this just didnt bother them. All in all, very polite lads, easy to get on with, explained anything we asked in detail, got on with the work, cleaned and tidied up.
