Bluebird Care is a fantastic place to work. Before meeting with any clients, you are trained in the field and work closely with the recruitment team to ensure both yours and the companies values align. When you have your first shift, it is classed as a 'shadow' shift, so you really are supported every step of the way. The office team are great and always there to help with any questions you may have. The management are understanding and genuinely care about you. The feel of the business is very family orientated and that is what I would want and expect if I had a member of my family being cared for. If you are looking to start a career in care - I would highly recommend Bluebird Care.

All good for me,but I feel that new recruits are not being interviewed properly and standards are slipping

Awful. As an ex employee, I can safely say do not use this company. Poor management, poor communication and very over priced.
