I completely disagree with the above review, I have dealt with the Direct Boiler Company for over 5 years now and never had any issues, they have installed over 400 boilers of ours been one of my biggest installers in the North East. They are always very professional when dealing with myself and with their customers they always put the customers first with out any hesitation whats so ever. I have recommend the Direct Boiler Company to my family and friends for new boiler installs and repairs and never had a single issue to date.

Used the direct boiled company a couple of years ago to replace my boiler and change from a one pipe system to a two pipe system they also installed a nest system too. I could not fault Craig and the guys! They were neat, tidy and efficient. Great price too!! Thank you!!

We just got a new boiler put in by this company. I can not fault the service or the work or the price that we paid. They were also very fast and clear with their quote.

Have used this company for boiler serving and installation for several years. The engineers I have dealt with have been friendly and efficient. The office staff are courteous and professional, and always keep me updated with costings and timings. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

I spoke to Simon yesterday and explained the problem that my tenant was having with his boiler. Simon knew from the symptoms I mentioned what the problem was and even guessed correctly what make the boiler was. I had previously spoken to 3 other boiler companies and none of them had a clue what the problem were not able to give me a date when they could attend even though the tenant has had no heating or hot water for a few days.I am continually amazed by the gulf between poor quality tradesmen and excellent tradesmen in most trades, and even more amazed when I find and excellent tradesman who also offers excellent service- so rare these days!As a hands on landlord with only a few properties I do most of the work on sites with the obvious exception of gas, electrics and roofing. I am therefore able to recognize excellent work and service when I see it. I am now relieved that I now have excellent tradesmen to call on in all the above 3 disciplines.

Both myself and my mother-in-law (aged 85) along with several of our friend and neighbours have had boiler systems fitted and serviced by Simon from the Direct Boiler Company and over the past 12 years of dealing with this company we can give them nothing but praise for their customer care and professionalism. Those horrible comments are obviously from a very sad and disgruntled ex-employee who is looking to gain revenge by making untrue statements about his former employer. I would give the Direct Boiler Company a 5 stars rating and would advise other potential customers to ignore those nasty comments as this person is fabricating his statement to cause harm to a perfectly good local family run company. I certainly will continue to use Simon and his company in future and would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

We had a full boiler installation done to a fair standard, approx 8 years ago, regular maintenance, except 2 years due to Covid-19.January this year we got in touch as our pressure kept dropping, and we're told it was the lung which was replaced and boiler serviced.WE WERE TOLD BY OWNER SIMON THIS WOULD RECTIFY PROBLEM, WE WERE NEVER TOLD SOON AFTER THE ISSUE WAS RECTIFIED IT WOULD HAPPEN SO SOON AGAINWithin a month pressure dropped again in cold weather and just again in April.We got in touch for assistance and a call out to look at problem and have been IGNORED and SNUBBED, and basically DID NOT WANT TO KNOW, wife tried on numerous occasions for Simon to ring back(owner)never did, when wife did get through SECRETARY,was very ABRUPT And INHELPFUL, and when wife said not happy with response for service, was told OKAY GOODBYE, absolutely shocking and disgraceful quick to take your money for work and serviceing your boiler,but very poor aftercare.YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE AND VALUE FOR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE

My experience of direct boiler company has always been truly hassle free. The customer service is excellent, from telephone enquiry, through to quotation and installation. All was handled by knowledgeable, friendly professionals in a straightforward and efficient way. It really could not be better. I have been using this company since 2007 and had many services carried out, and will continue to use them.I would highly recommend this company, and have done to many friends and family.

Really helpful and polite staff in the office. They always arrange an appointment to accommodate me. I have used the company for a number of years for servicing my boiler and the engineers were very professional and thorough. Great value for for money and would recommend to anyone
