Simply Prep Meals

The food from simply prep is banging!Ive been having the fat loss plan and can really see results, i never feel hungry! Ive started ordering the burrito boxes which are amazing. Highly recommend for hassle free quality prep. ;)

Delivery was fine and was received last Friday.I really wanted to like the meals but they are just so dry. The taste isn't bad but everything I have had requires me to drink loads of water (not a bad thing mind!). The meatballs could easily have had more sauce added without adding too many calories surely. The fact that you have to guess how long to microwave between 2-3 mins could be a factor to the dryness but I doubt it.I also had a lemon wedge in with the Talapia meal which I didn't know about. This didn't microwave very well and ruined part of the fish as the skin almost melted into it.The fact the nutritional breakdown isn't on the packs either is an issue. I understand they are working on adding but when you are paying over £5 per meal this should be on the meals as a matter of course. I contacted them and was provided a fact sheet when I asked - this should be sent with the meals as a matter of course though. Especially when the point of this is to let them take care of your macros/nutrition.This is the first time I had used such a service as I often think these are well overpriced and not as good as what I can make at home. I think I have been proved right. I wanted the convenience though as I have a busy schedule. I was expecting great things from reading the testimonials but I can only presume the people that like the meals are used to dry and somewhat average food. It may well be that the meals just don't reheat well, which affects the flavour. They are not terrible, far from it. They are just not what I hoped for.It is a shame as I really wanted to like it because it would be so convenient for me.

My experience with this food prep company was an absolute nightmare. The meals I received were like something out of a horror movie – undercooked, tasteless, and barely edible. It's clear they have no standards for quality control, as the food looked nothing like the glossy photos they advertise. Not only did the portions resemble a child's snack, but some dishes were so undercooked they were practically raw, while others were so overcooked they were like chewing on shoe leather. Customer service was a complete joke, ignoring my attempts to reach out about the inedible disaster they sent me. They told me that they don’t have a return or refund policy despite the evidence of the food they sent me. Save yourself the misery and run far away from this culinary catastrophe of a company. There are many great food prep companies out there which I have had good experience with.

I started with Simply Prep Meals 4 weeks ago and I am loving it! The carbs and the veggies are cooked to perfection. The choices for ‘spicy’ protein are quite impressive: cajun, tandoori, jerk (my fav!), páprica etc. However, the thing I like the most is that I am in control of the calories, and most importantly, of the carbs. I aim for 800 calories/50g carbs and Simply Prep Meals helps me achieve this without the stress of having to count it all myself. The portions are very generous and i am happy to say that i am eating more protein and veggies than ever before! New items are added frequently (and there are already so many possible combinations) making the meals interesting and exciting.Also to note, customer service is amazing: prompt, helpful and positive. It is very reasonably priced and at last, there is no food waste in my fridge.I highly recommend the products from this company.

Consistently great tasting food, fresh, healthy and helps massively with my slimming world diet! I lost 7.5lbs in my first week! Staff whenever I need to contact are always friendly and helpful and delivery is great. Looking forward to seeing the new foods coming to the menu!

Really impressed with both the customer service, and the food. Small hiccup with the delivery service (out of Simply Preps hands), but it was sorted within the same day, and food delivered 9am the next morning.The food itself is really good, can't fault it at all, plus the ability to switch and choose different combinations is a great idea.The only improvement I could see, would be that I love to see the macros on food you have ordered (as you currently have to check the food page) - But I wouldn't say this was an issue, just a convenience factor.Once I have done with this order, I will definitely be coming back for seconds!

Just tried your Cajun Chicken and Potato and Peas Meal... Absolutely delicious, was going to start ordering hello fresh but was told to try your meals first and then decide... and well you've got my attention and will be ordering from you :) , Utterly delicious, fresh, healthy delicious and great portion size too. Usually these prep sites send mediocre food that leaves you hungry after eating them. I was very surprised when my Simply Prep meals arrived cold, fresh and very tasty in comparison to other sites I have previously used. I am trying to lose weight and a huge part of this is feeling satisfied after a meal - these meals did it for me and I never finish a meal feeling hungry and I feel good about myself because the food is healthy. I highly recommend the Chicken Curry and the Meatballs! Will definitely be ordering again! :)

Hi AllHad my delivery today from Simply prep meals, delivered nice and early and the meals are absolutely awesome. I had the 20 meal package every 2 weeks, the meals look fantastic and cant waiting to get my next order.I will definitely 100% be recommending SIMPLY PREP MEALS in the gym I use.Don't hesitate if your serious about healthy eating.

Absolutely amazing tasty food that’s actually good for you. So much variety. I diet regularly for bodybuilding shows and have prepped for the British championships and the world championships using Simply Prep meals, the quality is outstanding. The tastiest prep food I've ever had!
