Brays Removals

We used Bray's to move my mum from a flat into a bungalow. On the day of the move the weather was truly miserable. However, Bray's were prompt and got cracking right away. Nothing was too much trouble. Huccaby and Luke made the move a smooth and cheerful experience, despite the dreadful weather. We would not hesitate to recommend them and would most definitely use Bray's again ourselves for any future moves.

So happy with my removal recently with the boys from brays! Very reasonable price! the lads were incredible!Poor Huckelberry didn't let the heat (it was 36 degrees) get to him as he expertly stacked the contents of my 2 bedroom house into his lorryHuckelberry and his team were just perfect in every way! Without a second thought, I would use Brays again and again. They accommodated us at the last minute and they haven't stopped all day. Brilliant people who, whilst working non-stop moving us, still had time to chat and entertain my two girls who were intrigued throughout the day.Struggled to put a bed up yet they stayed on to help us do that, they plumbed the washing machine in, and did loads of little extras.An unbelievable team. Genuinely brilliant, family run business and can not thank them enough.

Moved 4 week's ago, absolutely brilliant. Had to have 2 lorries to accommodate my plant's and various small trees. Over the 2 day's everything was packed and stored on the lorries. On the day of the move and with problems in the previous owner had not moved out, Bray's went in removed their furniture and helped their mover's and then they worked to 7.30pm moving us in.Would recommend to everyone.

What can I say but an absolute shambles of a removal company (office staff). I enquired on the day of my removal what time they would arrive to move me as most of items in their storage and more at my temporary home to collect on way. I was initially told by the lady (wife of owner) by 12 noon, however at 11am I thought I would check as moving locally again did I have time to personally take some items to new address as did not want to miss the removers. I was met with a barrage of verbal abuse from this woman who told me to “stop hassling her and be patient they will get to me when they do and they have been delayed further” at which point I said I did not want to be moving at teatime with contents of 4 bed house and having a young child. She shouted at me to “go away and stop calling you are annoying me it’s tough luck”!! I was aghast and upset I drove to speak to the male owner at the office and demanded an apology but never got one. DO NOT EVER USE AND RUN FOR THE HILLS, I will tell anyone and everyone NEVER use this joke of a “business”! I would not give any stars bar having too to leave a review for this cowboy business.

Friendly, flexible and professional, Brays Removals was terrific. Helped us move are stuff up north, were really efficient and had a great sense of humour. After several quotes, they were easily the best value for a company with a 4/5 star rating on here. I would highly recommend them.

The team were excellent. Arrived on time and nothing was too much trouble. Considerate and careful with furnishings and when moving items in and out of the properties. Would have no hesitation in recommending Bray's if you want a professional friendly service.

Great service. We used the packing service and everything was packed carefully and well with no breakages. Our stuff was moved initially into storage and then to our new house. The guys were great and if I ever move again, I would use them

When our long-booked removers failed to muster, these guys did within 45 minutes of our call. They worked hard and were cheery and helpful. They saved the day in so many ways. Thank you for being such a blessing to us.
