I called Clifton Motors after being let down by the BMW Reading Inchape. I needed a water pump replacement for my 645ci and was provided with a quote just a couple of hours after calling in. BMW Reading on the other hand still haven't responded to my request (10 days now!). The team at Clifton are knowledgable, polite, and efficient. It was also reassuring knowing that the guys own a 645ci themselves. I will be taking my car here for the forseeable and can't recommend them enough.
