My mum and I can’t praise Michelle and all her hard work high enough!Mum had waist length hair but been in hospital for 4weeks where no one brushed it (mum wasn’t capable) so it became multiple dreaded masses. We were resigned to having if shaved off it was that bad. However,Michelle wouldn’t hear of it and although only booked in for a couple of hours, she would let us leave without it being rectified. 6.5 hrs later and Michelle managed to keep some length and my mum has a wonderful pixie cut. Michelle even styled it so as to cover the shaved area from mums surgery!The time, care and dedication from this team was outstanding!! I went on their reviews to book the appointment, so if you’re considering booking here I don’t hesitate in recommending them with 5 full stars!!

Would give 0 stars if it would let me. Awful place. Staff don’t listen and cut your hair however they like. Took me ages to grow it and went for a trim and come out with short messy hair. Had to go to another hair dresser to fix it. DONT WATSE YOUR MONEY HERE. They ignore you if you complain and say you don’t like it.

All the girls are great, especially Emma who does my hair. I always feel relaxed & chilled out by the time i leave. The salon is layed out well & kept very clean so safe (covid) environment. Definitely recommend The Harbour Trim.

I have extra thick wavy hair. Needed new hair dresser. Brilliant, really pleased and reasonable priced. Will definitely use again!

Had a great haircut here at a great price, very friendly and professional, you can also get some local knowledge whilst in the chair.

No appointment needed, friendly hairdressers, paid only £5.50 for a machine cut. Nice.
