Zero stars. Car stopped running 1/2 mile from the garage. Came out, told me I was out of fuel - gauge said I had 90 miles left (1/4) tank. They brought fuel, but couldn't get car to start. I noticed fuel leaking when it was primed. They couldn't explain why, then told me priming the engine had caused the fuel pipe to come off and that it would mean hours of work to drain and re-prime the system. Then had to call AA, who told me that priming would not cause the pipe to come off. Same evening, had another independent mechanic come out, who fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He told me that the fuel pipe would have been knocked when the air filter was removed by the garage. Gave H&H opportunity to apologise and they refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept any responsibility, blaming me. Would not recommend, will not use again. Very poor after sales service.

Get guy, helped us out as we were in a hurry as heading off on hols. Trustworthy, great communication, reasonable price. Will be giving all future business to him from now on.
