From start to finish P J blinds were excellent. A very professional gentleman measured our two windows without fuss and the amount quoted was brilliant, much better than one other quote we had received. Within 2 weeks they were fitted to exactly the design I had asked for and exactly the way I wanted them to open and close and they fit perfectly. Late last year we received a competitive quote from Paul of PJ BLINDS following which we placed an order with him which included a large pair of curtains. We paid a 50% deposit (£750) in advance. A few weeks later the order was delivered and fitted. The installation went smoothly with no problems reported by Paul. We were very pleased and very happy with everything.Recently, I needed to take the curtains down to decorate, it was then that I discovered a cross threaded screw, which had stripped the thread on a supporting bracket. Additionally, on the finial, a self tapping screw had been forced into a hole where a grubscrew should have been, which, once removed, would not retighten. To put it bluntly - it was a botched job.Well within the 12 months guarantee period, I phoned PJ BLINDS to report what I'd found and spoke to a rather defensive Joanne - who gave me the impression she didn't believe me! Paul came on the line and said he'd look at his notes". A couple of days later he delivered replacements for the two parts he'd damaged. "This should solve your problem" he said handing me a box. Then he left.I'm very pleased with the curtains

We had a couple of quotes from other companies to put perfect fit blinds in our small conservatory and porch before we came across P J Blinds Telford. The quote was very competitive and the blinds, that were fitted today are of excellent quality and have made the conservatory look fantastic. Paul who fitted the blinds was kind, friendly and observed social distancing whilst working plus wore a mask and gloves all the time he was here.
