Friendly and small, but no means limited gym. Not usually too busy either so I can get my workouts done. Great if you don't want a gym that does classes.

I have never been to a gym where I feel so comfortable the staff are so friendly and approachable and they go out of their way to help you achieve your goals I would recommend this gym to anyoneI love it there

Switch Gyms is competitive price wise for haywards heath however £34 is still alot to pay a month for what you get the gym is very basic and is probably best for people that have a clear idea of what they want to do (and that is weights or machine cardio).

Really good, small but everything you need, and really good motivating atmosphere. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to make progress this is the gym for you.

Great small intimate feel. Friendly staff. Maybe could do with an ab machine but plenty other ways to work core

Been going at least 2/3 days a week for the past 6 months. Clean equipment, lovely staff, when busy it might be difficult to do your exercises done tho

Great gym, has all the equipment you need for both weights and cardio training. Staff really friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to help you achieve your fitness goals.

I have been a member at switch for a few years now. This is the best gym I have ever been to. I feel so comfortable here, it’s not intimidating at all. The staff are so friendly, they are always around to help whether that’s for a spot, help with your form or even just a chat. Even though the gym isn’t as big as commercial gyms, it has everything you need for a good workout.
