This place is just brilliant and Martin is an absolute Gem! Had a great little bike for sale, ready to go, has fab stock of bike gear in shop as well as bikes, and helped a new rider to learn gears. I was halfway through a 5.000 km trip and had a bad puncture that kept leaking - phoned them up 8.30 am on a Monday, 3 hours later was riding away with a freshly fitted tire. Were offered tea and use of their facilities while waiting. Additionally got my chain loosened up a bit as I've had it too tight. Big thanks to the heavily tatted mechanic!

Had a motorbike break down, and it couldn’t have happened in a better Place!Googled Motorcycle Shop and MHB in Kirkby Stephen popped straight up, gave them a call and explained what happened and within 10 minutes Martin (the man, the legend) met us with his van and we were off to the workshop! Cup of coffee and quick diagnostics, problem found and a resolve sorted while we went for an ice cream! Back on the road and can’t commend Martin highly enough! Where’s the 10 star button??

The owner Martin is truly a great guy. He helped me out when I was flooded out on my Bike returning to Newcastle from a comrades funeral in Chester on Thursday afternoon. The shop looks amazing with some great bikes and quads. I will be popping in whenever I am in the area. If his customer service is as good as his helping out the shop will be an amazing place ... Highly recommended.

Cannot rate Martins and his team highly enough, 5 stars does not do them justice.Absolutely great Comms , the guys were really informative and genuinely happy to help.I had 3 hours worth of work done and a few accessories.. great value as well . !! Even had the offer of an hour or two out on a few trails next time !!Cheers guys !

Finishing up a weekend riding and I urgently needed a rear tyre in order to get back home. Every other place within 50 miles closed but I rang up MHB Motorcycles on a Bank Holiday and was greeted with a smile and coffee! Amazing service, very friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend enough! Big thanks to Martin.
