We got our guinea pigs from this store. Lovely staff very helpful. Great store to get everything to do with pets. The points card is a good idea you get vouchers in the post for money off things. Also the vets inside is good too we bought our guinea pig along for check on his eyes. Very helpful and polite

Neat environment, staff are friendly but firm and that's very okay when you think about the lives of the animals. We went for a Bernie adoption but we faced the reality of getting a pair or getting none. Staff remained courteous but emphatic on the right thing..we went back with no rabbits but it's okay..we'll get another pet!

For a company who supposedly cares for animals, I was very disappointed and sad to see a rabbit for adoption in this store kept in an enclosure so small it wouldn't pass the RSPCA requirements.

Very helpful and friendly staff.. Don't hesitate to ask for advice as they are very happy to help. As a new puppy owner I got all the advice and help I needed.

Was able to order an item for collection in store within an hour (actually within 5 minutes as it was only 1 item).No unnecessary packaging, and quick and easy to collect (just needed to show the email on my phone).

Groom Room within pets at home store in chilwell are fabulous. Our puppy dog Peach was very shaky & nervous & all staff put her at ease. Claire groomed her & she looks just fabulous. Thank you for making our whole 1st grooming experience so luvly. Will definitely be back again. Definitely recommended.

Great place to come to if you want a rabbit, rat, tropical fish and so much more.Looks like they even do dog grooming upstairs as well.

I have owned fish, both cold water and tropical, for many many years. I asked today if I could buy a small Angel Fish to live in a 40 litre tank. Jenny, who served me at the till, asked me lots of questions in front of other customers in the queue and made me feel incredibly small. She told me my tank wasn't big enough and if I'd kept Angel Fish before. She told me they'd die internally if the tank wasn't big enough. I am SO annoyed.
