Apalling service from Firstport. Classic bad property management company happy to charge loads of fees but make it extremely difficult to communicate with them. I would definitely think twice before taking on a lease managed by them. Between them and the tin-pot solicitors that they use (Womble Bond Dickinson) I have had no end of trouble during a particularly difficult time when my father was extremely unwell and moving into care. Zero interest in his personal circumstances at all! It is particularly worrying that they can get away with these sorts of practices even at retirement homes full of elderly people who can't always stand up for themselves.

Brillent place to live. Company if you want and be alone if you prefer. Easy to manage apartment and cheap to run. Great lock up and go for more holidays
