First time going here yesterday and Brittany was fantastic. Such a lovely, friendly member of staff where there was nothing that was an issue for her. She tried sticking with the style I wanted and also did it to suit my actual hair which ended up turning out far better than the original style I wanted. Will definitely be coming back again and will be recommending to friends and family also.

Lovely salon, and stylist. Very welcoming and not scissor happy in the slightest. Showed what id like and she advised me of the best way to eventually achieve without feeling bald in the process. Very happy and highly recommend.

Never felt so welcomed in a hair salon before. I’m normally a very anxious person in new environment, especially for a service, but Brittany put me right at ease. Amazing staff, really talkative & friendly. I left feeling really cared for and with amazing looking hair. Loved my experience, thank you :).

Since Brittany has started doing my hair, it’s been the best it’s ever been. The salon has a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and Brittany is always so friendly and lovely, giving me advice on treatment for my hair at home aswell. I love how my hair looks every time, would defiantly recommend!!

First visit to Brittany and my experience was great. She talked through the options for my colour and the results were fantastic. The restyle was great too especially the curls she added. Would recommend a visit to Brittany, not only for her great hairstyling skills but also her welcoming personality.

I fully agree with all them positive reviews on Brittany's work - she is a great hairdresser, highlights by her are lovely, she listens, she makes an effort for you and she is such a lovely, genuine person. Id recommend to anyone who wants highlights work done. I will be back !

Design One has friendly staff but it's a bit chaotic. I went here with a voucher and got my hair cut. First time in a while, I wouldn't recommend as I am thinking of going somewhere else to get it cut again soon.
