I recently went to this place with my friend because she wanted to get her brows done. The staff there are absolutely horrific, it took a long time for my friend to service even though there was clearly a staff unoccupied. Separately when my friend finally received some service, when I sat down and waited for her, I heard two women gossiping and giggling between theirselves near the reception area and at first I thought that it didn’t mean anything until I saw one of them not so discreetly pointing at my friend and the other one said something again but I could not understand the language. I strongly believe that they were talking about her. Also, the woman who done my friend’s eyebrows finished them so quickly and both me and my friend could see that barely any changes were made which led my friend to ask the woman to fix them again. All of a sudden the woman got an attitude and began being rude to my friend which prompted an argument and caused my friend to ask for a refund which she was refused and then we were escorted out of the shop.

Had my eyebrows done Thursday 09/02/2023 by Nisha and it was so awful and she was constantly on mobile phone, she wasn’t leaving phone when I came in, I had to ask if you gonna be long? She said 2 min sat there for more than 2 min.., I was nearly going to leave the salon then she got up,, asked me with very bad attitude, EYEBROWS OR WAX??? I have explained everything in my email which been straight sent out to the Raw beauty but there’s no responseSo here it is my feedback.

I went for lashes few months ago and after one of them applied it, was extremely long that it could feel them to my eyebrows. So I ask to be removed because it was not what I've asked and the lady got so rude saying that I have to pay another time, then another one came and fix it but it last less than 5 days. ( rubbish work) and paid 45£. I'll never never go again in such a rubbish shop with unexperienced staff. Very disappointed!

She finished threading my eyebrows in less than 1 minute. I asked her if she had done it properly, she answered yes. When I got home and checked my eyebrows I noticed they had been done really badly and had to be done again straight away. The girls were just chatting amongst themselves throughout the session and ignoring the customers. Very bad service. Not going there again.

Today I visited my local eyebrow shop to get my eyebrows waxed. I asked the women to tidy up my eyebrows for me. I looked in the mirror and saw that nearly half of my eyebrow had been taken off and I was asked to pay the full money but I refused to as they had not done what I asked and as a young child I was very upset as my eyebrow had been taken off. I don't want to cause harm for this business as it can be good but I wasn't happy on this visit.

Worst people i have met!Store closes at 6 but staff is not ready to serve at 5:45 saying they have clean the storeChange your timings as 5:45 dont give false timings if cant serve the customer

Very happy with my eyebrows and Hollywood done by a lovely lady named preeti. She was very polite and professional. I am definitely coming back as her work was brilliant.

Booked an appointment for lashes extension for 9am on a Monday. When I come to the salon 48h earlier to do the glue test, they confirmed my appointment for the following Monday.When I arrive at the appointment, the lady asked me to come back at 10am because “she was on her own”, and I said no because of work commitments. She also insisted for me to come back at any other time during the day, which was not possible for me.She finally accepts and applies my lashes, they look good, but the same evening all of them fall down, I was left with none the morning! When I go back (taking my time off work of course) the next day to complain, as someone from the salon suggested over the phone, they blame it to the “weather being too hot”, they re-apply them for free, which I was happy about. But, again, after 5 days I am left with no lashes from that treatment. I am very disappointed to have wasted money in such an unorganised place offering poor quality services. I also think that if the cause of poor quality is warm weather as they said, then they should avoid doing such treatments during these hot days.I have found someone professional through trusted friends, will definitely give it a go there and never come back to this place again.

Very unprofessional staff.I rang Monday, twice, and have confirmed a service for Wednesday same week.I have a hectic schedule at work but have set aside time for this appointment.I came in at 9 AM wednesday as planned, only for these two staff to tell me that the person doing the eyelash service does not come on Wednesdays and told me to come on Thursday instead.None of them acknowledged that I spoke with either of them over the phone about my Wednesday appointment. None of them apologised. Both acted stupidly like they do not know anything.Complete waste of my time. A five minute encounter with them today wasted two hours of my time as I have already put off some of my work for this appointment.Very negligent staff.
