We have brought both our dogs woody and ziggy here for a long time and received 5* treatment from all staff who make you and your pets feel safe and welcomeAnd woody has recently undergone castration and while under anesthetic removal of 2 large grass seed that was embedded in his paw they have given us the best treatment advice and help can't recommend a better vet

We trust Vanya more than anything with our boys. She is fantastic and always knows the best thing to do. We have been through a lot with our poor dog who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and the team at well pets, Vanya & Molly in particular, have been unbelievably understanding and patient. Our boy was diagnosed over a year ago and we were told he would have 9 months - a year but he is still going strong and I truly believe that is through the amazing help and care of this lovely surgery. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts x

We took our GS for pre-op check before being spayed next week.Molly, receptionist was very hepful & gave us a nice welcome. Maria, Nurse was lovely, very gentle with Honey, understanding & gave full explanations of procedures for next week, including possible risks, as with any op.Can't fault them nor the Teams we have met at their other two clinics. Vets, nurses & reception staff, all amazing. We are so lucky to have found them as our girl is a rescue who is highly anxious around other dogs, screams at the sight of one but all the clinics, without exception, have ensured she doesn't encounter her own kind. Brilliant & caring Team.

I cannot fault Sittingbourne Wellpets. When my 8 week old kitten had a bad fall, I rushed her to Wellpets and i was seen immediately, even though I didn’t have an appointment & hadn’t rang first to say i was coming in. The team were amazing and did everything possible for her but they were also honest with me about her diagnosis. I can’t thank them enough for all they did on that day!

Clean practice..helpful receptionist, and veterinary surgeon was kind and clearly there for the love of animals. Explained lots of useful information to me, as this is my first dog.

Had a appointment there when we got there I was told there was no vet for us to be seen n they said they call on the Friday before to tell us witch they never did call.
