This was our second visit to Lexus Belfast to have my wife’s Lexus serviced. Service advisor Paul was excellent as was the mechanic who sent us the wee video outlining the condition of the car and any additional work that may need done, nothing was needed and we left very happy. Adrian the after sales manager explained in detail a question that I asked and we signed up for another service plan. When my wife got into the car to drive home they’d left her a wee bag of sweets and a thank you for trusting Lexus Belfast with your car. Car was washed and spotless upon collection.
