An agent for other companies. You will save a ton if you book directly at the site you wish to attend. These guys do not make it clear when ordering that you are effectively purchasing through an agent. My son and I were purchased gift vouchers for our birthday's, but have had to pay out nearly £30 extra. whereas it was have been £11 extra to book directly.When I questioned this with the advisor on the phone he was unapologetic, rude and said that I could cancel the booking and be refunded my money, however the gift vouchers were non refundable.I would never use this company again!
