Maisie did a balayage on my hair and it turned out amazing. She talked me through the each step of the process and was all in all super sweet. The salon is professional and clean and the other members of staff also seemed really friendly! Will definitely visit again.

I’ve been having my hair done with Emma for 2 years now, firstly at the Strand in Chelmsford and despite still living there myself, have followed her to Shenfield because she is so good at knowing what I want and all the staff are so friendly, helpful and polite. It’s also a beautifully clean salon with a very relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They are extremely professional and attentive and went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately I had my pet bearded dragon with me, and they kindly assisted with keeping him nice and warm and he was very happy to sit and enjoy the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble. The talented stylists showcased their expertise and creativity, transforming my hair exactly as I envisioned and skillfully brought my ideas to life, leaving me feeling confident and extremely satisfied with the final result. The salon is modern, clean and elegantly designed. The Strand left an indelible impression on me through their exceptional service, professionalism, and kindness. I highly recommend this salon to anyone. We hope to visit again soon! Thank you.

An amazing experience from the minute I walked through the door till the minute I walked out. The salon is so clean, beautiful interior with relaxing calming vibes. It was great to see a friendly smile as soon as I walked in and I was promptly seen by my hairdresser. She did a fantastic job with my hair, lovely conversation was had and again a chance to be pampered and total relaxation. It was fantastic and I can’t wait for my next appointment!!

The strand shenfield is a real sanctuary and place not only to have your hair done but a place to relax and take some time for yourself. Gemma always makes me feel and look amazing when I visit and the whole team is always so welcoming.

Been going to The Strand since they opened in Chelmsford, now they've opened in Shenfield I go here! Lovely staff who do great work, can't ask for much more than that!
