Bump and Babes

We had such a lovely experience at Bumps and Babes! Andrea was amazing and is the loveliest lady ever and made our experience buying our pram so nice. As this is our first time it can be quite scary and nerve wracking making decisions but we were so grateful for Andrea and all her help!

I went in the store for advice on a car seat for my nephew, I was given demos and really good advice on the correct seat I needed for my vehicle.The lady that helped me couldn't do enough for me and was very knowledgable about the products in on sale.She fit the isofix base, making sure all was fit correctly and safe.The customer service I received was excellent, she went above and beyond, explaining everything thoroughly.I would definitely recommend them and will definitely return again.

Terrible Company! AVOID!Placed an order on 4th June, paid £8.99 delivery for 2 rolls of wallpaper.Expected that to be delivery soon, as have contractor waiting to do the job, after 4 weeks nearly. I’ve had zero contact of this company after sending messages on insta, twitter, Facebook and emailing them twice, they have took my money and just ignored me. Still ignoring me now. I’m seeking alternative claims to get my money back.Please Avoid this company at all costs, lacks any form of service and is an extremely poor business with no customer service whatsoever.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!Placed an order online over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. They also have not responded to numerous attempts to contact them via email and social media.Absolutely shocking service! Scam artists!

I really dont understand how they've managed 4+ star rating. Maybe those buying items they actually hold physically in stock, in the store, will have a different experience but I purchased an iCandy product online and had the worst. This is the first online transaction I've ever had to get my credit card company involved in. Apparently they have email issues or technology issues - if thats the case then stop allowing people to purchase from your website! No reply to several emails sent and to make matters worse, when i finally got through on the phone, the lady i spoke to was really rude and unhelpful and told me they dont recognise my order.... despite having confirmed it the day before!!! So many more efficient, reputable and honest companies out there.... i see no point purchasing from them. If you do, do so at your peril.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE with them! If I could give 0 stars, I would have. I ordered a Cybex car seat, only to be told they have to order directly with the manufacturer, but they are out of stock for 4 months! So they said they would refund my money the next day, but here we are a month later and nothing. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and they are not responding. AWFUL company, robbing people of their money.

Fabulous service - went for a new pram and they had the one we wanted on display. Helped out with the demo and then made our order. Called a week later to come collect - smooth and easy and a great price too

We placed an online order and received it within the working week with full tracking information. We were very worried because of the negative reviews, however this was not the case for us. Do not be put off. Excellent service.

Brilliant customer service and great value for money. Was very helpful when we went to chose furniture, moses basket, pram and car seat. Some great bundle offers and a good selection to chose from. Highly recommend and good to support local buisnesses.

Brilliant customer service and very helpful. I went into the shop needing a pram that day for work on Monday. Not only that, but I was looking for a single into double pram. The lady who served me was fantastic and very helpful. We left with a pram, which is everything I need to be able to work.
